Back Orders - Backorders will automatically be entered to be shipped and billed at a later date. Backorders are indicated on your invoice, and a copy is included with your merchandise when it is shipped. If you do not wish to receive any, or a Backorder, it is your responsibility to E-Mail us at Sales@Fundraising-JewelryWholesale.com to tell us that you do not want a, or any backorders, concerning that order. Each order invoiced and shipped to you, is independent of any other orders that you may have had previously. The E-Mail confirmation you received when your order was billed also indicated what items were backordered at that time.
Defective Merchandise - Claims for defective merchandise will be allowed within 72 hours from when you receive it. It is your responsibility, or your companys, or organizations, to examine and to check the jewelry when you receive it. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as part of those 72 hours. That means if you are returning something to us because it is defective you must have a postmarked shipping date back to us within those 72 hours. The time it takes for the Post Office to return it to us is not counted. Also your cost to ship it back to us through the Post Office "only" will be credited to your credit card. Defective merchandise will be replaced. If we cannot replace it, it will be credited to your credit card. This does not include orders from you that specifically requires the jewelry to be assembled, and/or manufactured in our factory here in Houston, Texas, or elsewhere, for you, your company, or organization.
We are not responsible for UPS, Fedex, U.S.Postal, or any delivery, forwarding, or shipping service, not making its deliveries to you as they estimated, or by your assumed expected delivery date. It Must Be Returned Within 72 Hours Of When UPS Delivered It Or It Will Be Sent Back To You At Your Expense. It Must Be Wrapped To Return, Each Piece Protected As You Received It. The Watches we sell, including all parts, the movement, bands, or bracelets, do not have a warranty, except the 72 hours that you may return them as specified above. The watches we sell are for a fashion look and should not be expected to be anything more.
When You Purchase A Jewelry Style At The Quantity Price, And You Are Returning It, 100%, All That You Bought Of That Style Must Be Returned. If You Do Not Return ALL Of That Style You Will Not Receive A Credit, And The Jewelry Will Be Sent Back To You At Your Expense.
Send Us A Copy Of Your Order Number. You May Also Insure It At Your Expense If You Desire. UPS Insures The Package Up To $100 At No Extra Charge; However You Must Tell Them The Value.
